XO is Australias largest manufacturer of aluminium cabinet doors which are sold through a network of national distributors including Parbury, Nover, Tesrol, and Hettich International.
We use only the highest quality furniture grade aluminium and the highest quality hinges. All XO aluminium extrusions are imported from Europe. Our extrusions have a 10 micron anodising as opposed to our competitors who use a 17-25 micron anodising on construction grade aluminium, resulting in thicker anodising being necessary to compensate for inferior softer aluminium.
We use only the highest quality fixings, hinges, runners and material. This has many flow on effects. Production time is decreased, component faults are drastically reduced, and minimal tolerances allow for more accurate assembly. This ensures that your doors are right first time, on time, every time.
A high precision mitre saw fitted with specially formulated and sharpened saw blades ensures a tolerance less than 0.08mm mitre gap when the doors are assembled. Every corner is clamped and glued, eliminating the possibility of it coming loose. Thos allows us to offer a 10 year warranty on assembly.
XO Satin Aluminium Doors
XO Aluminium extrusions are furniture grade extrusions imported from Europe with a 10 micron anodized finish – as opposed to our competitors who use construction grade aluminium, resulting in thicker anodising being necessary to compensate for inferior softer aluminium.
XO Brushed Stainless Doors
Our Brushed Stainless steel finish is applied to our aluminium extrusions using an XO exclusive process. These profiles reflect the latest European designs and being an anodized finish means they are hard wearing, easy to clean, and won’t mark (finger prints etc…) like other stainless steel finishes.
XO Gloss Steel Doors
A World First! Our Gloss Steel doors are the next evolution in our door range. Made from the same European extrusions as our Satin Aluminium and Stainless Steel doors – this extrusion has been specially surface treated and polished to give an ultra high gloss effect that is unmatched by any supplier on the market.
